If approval is required, the request "finds” the approver, leveraging the necessary technology to make the process as quick and painless as possible. The system provides multiple channels through which arrangers can communicate with consultants, all with built in tracking capabilities to report on response times, evaluate the level of responsiveness and alleviate bottlenecks.
