Seekers Travel works closely with clients to formulate a travel policy and manages the implementation of the travel policy. The travel policy ensures that the travel portfolio is generating exceptional returns, by reducing abuse and controlling expenditure. The Travel Policy is only effective if up-dated regularly and enforceable. This would also require the assessment of the quality and effectiveness of internal procedures i.e. ordering and accounting systems.
Service Level Agreements
A team of travel experts is dedicated to continuously measure and improve all their service levels in accordance with the clients travel policy. We understand the demands for impeccable levels of service and work closely withclients to implement a Service Level Agreement. The implementation of a Service Level Agreement allows for essential criteria to be documented and provides guidelines for performance measurement to ensure that we are meeting clients expectations, effectively managing the travel budget and driving costs down.
Key Account Management
Seekers Travel provides a dedicated Strategic Relationship Managers who hold monthly review meetings with clients nominated representatives. These meetings review the monthly figures, analyse corporate agreement spend and discuss issues around the travel policy and service level agreement.
Corporate Agreements
The identification and negotiation of preferred supplier corporate agreements is one of the key areas of Travel Management. Due to the number of corporate clients that we have, we are able to benchmark any offers against our existing corporate client base (whilst respecting confidentiality) to ensure that our client obtains the maximum benefit.
Travel Advice
All Seekers Travel consutlants are experienced and well travelled and offer professional advise on routings, destinations, visas, vaccination / inoculation requirements, airports and other useful information. Recognising the complexity of international fares, Seekers Travel explores ways of reducing quoted fares within the framework of IATA regulations and through our dedicated Fares Specialists. This practice is able to establish whether there are lower or special fares available on the market, in order to ensure that the travellers get the best fares available.
Management Information
Seekers Travel provides Management Information (MI) of the highest quality, which is aimed at streamlining the administration process. We customise these to the clients requirements. MI Reports are sent on a monthly basis, in an electronic or hard copy format.
