To this end, Seekers Travel has implemented the most professional after hours emergency call centre in the market place.

The call centre operates out of International SOS Centre in Midrand, Johannesburg, being fully staffed by Seekers Travel consultants from 16h30 - 09h00 week days and 24 hours a day on weekends and public holidays. Our consultants have access to all systems operated by Seekers Travel and as such have access to all client's personal preferences and company policies.
